The Decora Humidity Sensor and Fan Control is a versatile and convenient solution for controlling your single pole, 1/4 HP motor, 300W LED/CFL, 600W Incandescent/Halogen, 400VA ELV/MLV fan. It can be installed with or without a neutral wire, and the line and load wires are interchangeable for added flexibility. Please note that the wallplate is sold separately.

This sensor and fan control is designed to help you comply with the requirements of 2019 and 2022 California Title 24, Part 6, Indoor Air Quality and Mechanical Ventilation, as well as 2019 and 2022 CALGREEN, Part II, Indoor Air Quality and Exhaust. It also meets the requirements of ASHRAE 62.2 and comes in a sleek white finish.
