The Leviton Decora SureSlide dimmer switch offers smooth, slide-action and full-range dimming for dimmable LED, incandescent, and halogen bulbs. It includes a separate On/Off switch that retains the set light level when the switch is turned off and back on again. This switch is compatible with 150W-120VAC dimmable LED/CFL, 600W-120VAC incandescent/halogen bulbs, and operates at 60Hz. It can be used in single pole (one location) or 3-way (two locations) installations when paired with a 3-way switch, making it ideal for great rooms with multiple entrances or for placement at the top and bottom of a staircase. The switch can be used with a Decora wallplate or Decora Plus Screwless Wallplate, which are sold separately.

It is versatile, allowing the lights to be controlled from two locations using the 6674 switch in the main location and a 3-way switch (sold separately) in the second location.
